‘Goldfish Salvation’, Riusuke Fukahori

Whilst we’re on the subject of something fishy, earlier this week I came across the incredible work of contemporary Japanese artist, Riusuke Fukahori.

As you might deduce from watching Riusuke at work, his artworks are created by layering acrylic images upon resin giving them a three-dimensional, breathtakingly lifelike appearance.

And the good news is that, if you’re really quick, you still have time to check out his inaugural London exhibition at ICN Gallery, on Leonard Street.
